Teemage Precast In started its journey in the precast industry in the year 2011 and is committed to take strides to become the leader in the arena of precast concrete construction by embarking on modern and sophisticated technology. Its our mission to continually strive to provide coast – effective and high quality products that exceed customer expectation and help us achieve our business vision. We have a very strong foothold and customer base all around India and are one of the few companies to offer end to end solution (Design to Delivery) in the precast Industry. Currently, our state of the art manufacturing facilities are located at four locations pan India with Headquarters at Tirupur, Tamilnadu.
Our Parent company “THE CHENNAI SILKS” was founded in the year 1960 by Shri.A.Kulandaivel Mudaliar. Since then, from a simple weaving unit to a conglomerate with varied business interests, we have come a long way. Today, we have established our expertise in Textile retailing, Jewellery manufacturing & retailing, Garment Exports, Spinning, Fabric processing, Construction, Wind & Solar energy with growing strengths in research, design, product development, manufacturing and marketing. Backed by the efforts of our 35000 employees, the patronage of our esteemed customers and support of our reliable vendors, we have a total turnover of 9000 crores and we hope to make greater strides in whatever venture we undertake, in the years to come.

A Precast Building consists of all the same elements as a conventional building which includes floors, roofs, walls, Beams, Columns and Stairs, the only difference is that these elements are manufactured in a controlled environment with uncompromising and transported to the site for erection, connection and commissioning.

Proper planning, Detailed design & coordination of the project prior to construction activities have to be considered to minimize the changes at site.

Largest Hospital Constructed By Precast Concrete Technology In Shortest Period
Constructing a Covid Speciality Block over an area span of 69,200.25 Sq.ft. at the Government Erode Medical College and Hospital in 45 days earned us four prestigious awards of the highest honour in Elite World Records, Asian Record Academy, Indian Records Academy and Tamilan Book Of Records as “Largest Hospital Constructed By Precast Concrete Technology In Shortest Period”.
The two-block hospital building comprising 401 beds commenced work on 18 May 2021 and was completed by 1 July 2021, with over 156 employees on-site and another 370 at the factory adhering to all the Covid-19 precautions.
